We look to partner with smaller profitable mid-market businesses with EBITDA in the range of $3-10 million, sharing a modest piece of a big market, and providing a clear value proposition to their customers. We generally avoid resource extraction, real estate, disruptive technologies or turnarounds, but outside that we are industry agnostic.
