Ardenton Announces Equity Investment in OES Inc.
Ardenton Capital Corporation (“Ardenton”) is proud to announce its strategic partnership and equity investment in OES Inc. (“OES”).
Founded in 1980 and headquartered in London, Ontario, OES is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary control systems, electronic products, scoreboards and quality assurance devices. OES sells these products and services through three distinct sales channels: (1) OES Scoreboards; (2) OES Electronic Manufacturing and Design Services; and (3) OES Technologies.
