Dave’s roles include investor relations, support for retail channels, high net-worth individuals and family offices, and identifying meaningful partnerships for Ardenton's long-term growth, in the Alberta market.
Dave is also a principal partner in one of Ardenton's companies; The Pipe Yard Ltd. TPY is in the supply and distribution of new and secondary pipe to the Canadian construction industries, supporting civil construction, foundations, piling companies, pipeline construction companies, oilfield service related companies, etc. Dave's role includes domestic and international channel support, and key client activities. Previously Dave was the president of an Energy technology company, where he led the companies' growth to more than 100% in less than two years.
Prior to that, he was Western Canadian Area Vice President for a technology company now known as Ricoh. There, Dave's primary role was to drive corporate initiatives and build a solid leadership team that could execute strategies that resulted in positive financial results and happy and engaged stakeholders. Dave was also part of the overall corporate growth strategies supporting acquisition integration team. Under Dave's leadership, his region was marketplace of the year for five out of seven years. Dave has 27 plus years' experience in corporate strategies and execution, human capital training and development.
